Nutrient Deficiency Question Posted Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 3:57 PM Every few months my right hand thumb and forefinger develop deep cracks (painful), is this caused by a certain vitamin deficiency? |

Purslane, walnuts (English), chia seeds, hempseeds, pumpkin seeds, and ground flaxseeds are wonderful sources! Greens, soybeans and omega-3 fortified products can also count, too! Integrated Medicine practitioners will typically recommend VARYING your sources, and shooting for at least one omega-3 source daily. Enjoy!
